  • Eddie's Story

    Eddie, a recently retired United States Marine, is discovering renewed hope and purpose through faith, friendship, and perseverance. After attending the Harvest Crusade alongside his coach and mentor, Mark, Eddie’s faith journey began to deepen in meaningful ways.

    What started as an invitation to attend together has grown into a life-changing season for Eddie and his family. Through the steady encouragement and support of HCW fatherhood coach, Mark, Eddie has found encouragement to invest in his family, grow spiritually, and to pursue a new career path. Today, Eddie is attending school to become an EMT, with hopes of one day serving his community as a firefighter.

    Eddie’s determination and heart for his family are inspiring. Watching him grow in faith and step boldly into this next chapter has been incredible. Eddie’s story is a reminder of the impact mentorship, community support, and faith can have in the life of someone navigating difficult transitions.

  • Adoption: From Unplanned to Unforgettable

    Seventeen years ago, the granddaughter of one our supporters courageously shared that she was facing an unplanned pregnancy. Young and unmarried, she turned to the Fallbrook Pregnancy Resource Center (now Hope Clinic for Women) for guidance and support. There, she was met with compassion, information, and a connection to a trusted adoption agency.

    Through prayer and careful consideration, she chose a loving family who embraced her and welcomed her son, Maxwell, into their hearts. Today, Max is thriving in a stable, faith-filled home, surrounded by love, opportunity, and strong family relationships. Both families remain closely connected, sharing life’s milestones together.

    What began as a difficult situation became a beautiful story of hope, adoption, and God’s faithfulness.
